After Many months of discussions and meetings, Alliance members finished our strategic plan. Now you can download it, or read it on line. You will need the Adobe acrobat reader to view the document. If you do not have the Adobe Acrobat reader installed, you can download it free from the adobe website.

To Download the Strategic Plan:

1. Place your mouse pointer over the document name and click with your RIGHT mouse button.
2. Right Click on "Save Target as" to save the file on your own computer
3. If you are using the Firefox or Netscape browser, Click on "Save Link As" to save the document.

To Read the document on line, Click on the document name.
